    We had GPT-5.4 nano at $0.05 / $0.40 (correct: $0.20 / $1.25) and Claude Opus 5 at $10 / $50 (correct: $5 / $25). Both fixed.

  2. Grok Grok 4.7 launched

    API at $2 / $6 per million tokens, 500K context.

  3. ChatGPT GPT-6 family launched

    GPT-6 Astra ($10 / $50), Sol ($2 / $10) and Luna ($0.10 / $0.50) on the API; GPT-6 models added to ChatGPT Plus and Pro. GPT-6 Pro: 50 messages/week on Pro $100, 200 on Pro $200.

  4. Claude Claude Opus 5.5 launched

    API at $4 / $20. Included in Pro and Max (not Free). Paid 5-hour limits raised, plus a one-time reset usable until Oct 22.

  5. ChatGPT ChatGPT Pro $200 closed to new sign-ups

    Existing subscribers keep renewing; the $100 Pro tier remains open.

  6. DeepSeek V4.1-Flash replaces V4-Flash; peak pricing

    V4.1-Flash $0.15 / $0.60 off-peak. API prices double during weekday peak windows (01–04 and 06–10 UTC). V4-Pro now $0.66 / $1.98 off-peak.

  7. Gemini Gemini 3.8 Flash launched

    $0.75 / $3.75 until Dec 31, 2026, then $1.50 / $7.50. Available in the Gemini app on AI Pro and Ultra.

  8. Claude Claude Fable 5.1 launched

    API at $10 / $50. Not included in Pro; usable on Max for up to 50% of the weekly allowance. Sonnet 5's planned price rise to $3 / $15 was cancelled.
